Malloc is a name shared by two artists. One of which is an amateur electronic musician from Groningen, The Netherlands. Until recently, most of his music sat digitally encoded and isolated on magnetic surfaces in his home. Aware of the unjust nature of isolation, Malloc decided to release some of his music to the ears of the last.fm community. This was at the end of 2007.

malloc (note the capitalization -- or lack thereof) is another amateur electronic musician from Cambridge, Wisconsin. Tunes trickle out of his tracker tenaciously. His style is vaguely reminiscent of many prominent artists in UK bass, breakbeat, breakcore, and other genres which start with a 'b'. His first public exposure is on BMC:Remixed on Breakbit.
